Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Got to the company early to workout before PT. 10 rounds of 30x KB Swings 50#/5x Push press (alternating arms each round).

For PT was sprinted between each workout pit. At each pit we did 10x pull-ups, 20x push-ups, and 30x crunches. The first round we did 1x rope climb instead of the pull-ups. When we got back to the company I did 50x thrusters with the exercise board.
