Biking 7 min for warming up, RPM 50, 0.7 miles

Jump rope
Double legs 200 times
Single leg *35, *40, *45 on each side

Stretched 1-2 min between every circuit

NTC: better butt

So today I finally started Better Butt, and I really liked it because there're many postures working on the leg strength. I hope it will be helpful for the bounding test.
