I felt really really good today. No problems with any body parts. Felt like I could've done 2 more miles no problem. I only went slow during the middle because I was running on the damn ice and snow and it slowed me down so I'm pissed at that. Pretty sure that was somewhere in the 4th and 5th miles. I'd like my splits to be closer but I'll take it. It was a great run and I'm happy with it.
