-4 sets of 10 sit ups with 8lb med ball thrown at me
-10 min running on treadmill: shin splints
-5 min warm up on bike
-5 min cool down on bike
-3 sets of 10 having someone throw my legs down and me catch them before I hit the ground
-20 lbs 2 reps of 20 side bends working obliques
-15 lbs 2 sets of 10 each arm lifting behind back working triceps
-2 60 sec side planks (each side)
