Ran the workout outside because everyone else was. Looked like most people had a pretty nasty day but the 8 workout in particular was rough.

600, 400, 300, 200, 100, rest, 400, 200, 100

6,4,and 3 at race pace or just a bit slower
2's slightly faster
1's all out.

Splits: 1:46.5, 70.4, 51.7, 32.2, 13.7, 68.5, 32.7, 14.0

My hamstrings in particular weren't real pleased about the whole long fast part but the 1s and 2s weren't too bad. Lots of rest between things. Actually got cold before the second 4 which wasn't good but I was far from the worst off. Everyone made it back to Veale alive though.

Deadlift: 3x10x155

Everything hurts now. Except my lats because I didn't do pullups.
