ran this workout. it was good and pretty fast, despite the wind and not wearing spikes.
4x 1000m w/ 2 and 4 over hurdles

3x400 @ faster pace (flat)
68, 67, 65
felt strong on the quarters even though i was tired. solid workout.
lifted afterwards. my knee hurt during the cooldown, so i'll be careful and take care of it.
