a little better shape, slowly but surely

Weather: sunny, nice

pretty good run, rolled my ankle on the trail with like a quarter mile left before finishing though, so i added on about a half mile trying to loosen that back up before stopping. feels fine now.

figure 8 loop, just up to n. woodland.
