Comments:
Started out planning on just doing a normal paced 5, and I did for the first 2 miles. I think I was about 6:45-6:50 pace through 2. I decided to kick it up a notch for the rest of the way. The last 1.5 miles I increased the pace even more to what felt like slightly faster than tempo pace. Finished 5 with a really good time considering the pace of the first two miles. Gained a bit of confidence during this run b/c I know that at this rather early point in training, I can easily go sub 30 for 5 miles. 1 mile cool down after
