Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
-We started with High Intensity Resilience Training (HIRT). For this it always varies, but this weekend we started down one hallway with bear crawls, crab walks, low crawl, inch worms, and crawling only with arms.
-After that we had a personal trainer come and instruct the platoon. She had several different stations that included: super mans, wide/narrow push ups, flutter kicks, 180 degree squat jumps, up/down planks, lunge jumps, bear crawls, lunges.
-Then we went on a "fun run" in formation for about a mile on a very "hilly" surface.
