DIdin't think i'd enjoy the lift as much today since its more bodybuilding/rep work. but i did. started off w/ tbars w/ v-grip. Used 185 for like 5x10. felt pretty decent. heavy and tough as shit but a belt def helped and felt it in my back. dropset 3x last set. just stripping off the 25s 2 plates at a time then 1

Deficit deads. seems like a much more popular accessory to the deadlift. did sets of 6 at like 70% with 2 iron plates to create a deficit. felt raelly good actually, i like how it went. hit 3x6 at 275lb for my work sets, real solid. and wore a belt to, might at least be getting used to how it feels on deads. espeically since my abd was even more cramped up having to reach lower for a deficit. I'll def do more deficits from now on.

2 sets of neutral grip pullups w/ a chain 8 then 6 reps. 2 sets of 15 w/ 70lb rows really feelin the lats. then 2x20 bb rows 135 burnouts first under then overhand grips.
