5K Time Trial Part II

I started off way too fast. Through the first 600-800 meters I knew my first mile was too fast. I did everything but stop and walk to try and slow down. Then, about 400 meters into my second mile, I realize I'm going too slowly. So I picked it up and pushed the rest of the way. I believe my 3 miles had a difference of around 30 seconds which is too big of a gap. I feel like doing this on the track was more challenging than in the neighborhood
