Comments:
sat around most of the day waiting for the steeple to happen. i think i've been building this up for a long time, and maybe got too excited about it. i knew it would be perfect weather, and a good track to run on. unfortunately there wasn't really any competition. so i started out a little fast, but then tanked hard. had multiple 80s to finish off the race. need to chill out a lot more. i'm in good shape, but the time i want isn't going to come all at once. that's my post-race assessment. the future holds much better steeplechase races.
