Long Elliptical Workout

Exercise Type: Elliptical

Comments:
Went really hard on the elliptical today, because I took off yesterday. Started off with 5 minutes warm up, then did 30 minutes just overall hard, on low resistance (5) though. Then, did a fartlek-like thing with 1 minute easy and 4 minutes very hard on higher resistance (6). Did one 2 minute easy and 3 minute hard as a break. Did 6 of those intervals (30 minutes) with one 5 minute complete break easy on elliptical, then did 5 minute cool down. 75 minutes total on elliptical. No pain.
