Comments:
Did 2 sets of most, 3 sets of some, like hamstring strengtheners and inner leg ones. No pain, but discomfort on right IT band on straight leg lift. Made sense, exercise strengthened outside of leg, but didn't do as many for that one. Overall no significant pain.
