Comments:
Workout with the usual crew plus Ben Brucker.
600 @800 race pace or just slower, 5' rest
3x300 @800 race pace or just faster, 3'rest
2x200 faster than 800 race pace, 1' rest

Got the warmup moving pretty early. Did a mile and a half with Austin, closing in just over 6 flat to wake up the legs. Felt pretty good if a little tired by the end of the Medium drill series.

The 6 felt good. Much more relaxed than I expected. Slow last lap but I didn't push at all and still went 1:41 which was good.
The 3's started well but wound up rough, and I thought there were two minutes between the 2s but it was only 1.

1:41, 48.7, 48.7, 50.4, 32.0, 32.4

Lift:
Squats: 2x10x115, 10x165
Deadlifts: 3x10x145
Jerks: 2x6x95

Hips: 30x everything except I only did circles forward
