Biking to warm up for 7 min, RPM 56 Miles: 0.74

Jump rope
Double legs 120 times
Single leg *40, *45, *50 on each side

Stretched 1-2 min between every circuit

I found out maybe use the lower bottom part of the feet will help bound further.
