Weather: cool, not too bad
Comments:
Did sprints and stuff in the gym like always. Except today when running backwards Liam had the best tabletop ever on me on accident and I think I broke my tail bone. After that we did some intervals, starting in the circle, going around the teacher's parking lot and then finishing the circle, we did that 5 times and it was estimated to about 675 meters. 5 minute breaks. Then we did a 3 lap cooldown.
