Comments:
For the 200's, I figured my goal pace would be 85 per lap, so I wanted to hit 42s. The first set I hit one 38, 39-40 pretty consistently. The tempo run I fell of pace in this middle I wasn't focused on it, but brought myself back. Second set of 200's were 39-40 consistently and 38 for the last one.
