Weather: warmish, and wet. comfortable

Comments:
ran easy 6 up around lee, then through the quad to the track. ran 3x200 at 1500 pace to simulate tomorrow's race (33,33,31) felt pretty good. then back to veale and stretched. excited to run the 1500 tomorrow and see how it goes.
