Comments:
Did a long warmup for my knee which was good- didn't feel it at all during the race. Only had time for a couple strides though so went out a little slow (28 high-29). Through 400 in about 59 and get elbowed hard but had it measured to catch the two guys on the backstretch. Awesome to win my heat but really should be a couple of seconds faster... maybe it was the weather or whatever but shouldn't had to wait until the last 200 against those kind of scrubs. Inspiring to see Ian break 2... no reason that I can't run with him
