Comments:
Today I was supposed to do 3 x (600, 400, 2x200) but I accidentally forgot so I only did two. Also it was very hard to stay on pace. My legs were super tired and dead for some reason. Going over hurdles killed them even more. Times: (1) 600- 2:10 400-1:26, 200- 36, 37 (2) 600- 2:07, 400-1:26, 200-37,39. Also I need new shoes, my knees are starting to hurt. I'm getting old!!!
