Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
First real/successful workout in a while. It felt good to run hard but I also felt really tired. Breathing was fine while I was running but when I stopped I couldn't stop coughing...ready to be done being sick...
400, 200, 200 x2 with 1 min b/w the 4 and 2 and 2 min b/w the 2's. 6 min jogging b/w sets.
Goal 74-76 for the 400s, sub 36 for the 200s
First set: 74, 34, 34, great!
second set: 77, 37, 35, this was rough, didn't stay very positive, felt like I didn't have any energy to go faster, overall I think it was a good day though...you have to start somewhere
