Pain free running!

Weather: sunny, warm

No ankle pain at all today, it was amazing, that's the first time in like 3 weeks. Many thanks to Dr. Erin Medicine Woman/trainer extraordinaire. between the lack of pain, taking yesterday off, being hydrated for the first time in a long while, changing up the route and taking it really easy, today was an awesome, relaxing, fun run. quads started hurting again on the downhill on the way back, but a lot less than the past two weeks.


went to the trainer's to do the exercises and then lifted, did ups when i got back.
