Lonely Workout #2

Comments:
Today's workout was 3x3:00 at tempo pace, 3x300 and 4x150. I did a little over an 800 for the three tempo pace sets and ran 58's for the 300s. I felt good the whole time. Taking yesterday off was a good call because I was so tired from last weekend and Monday was really hard. Then did abs and stretched. I'll get my lift in later this week.
