Great Long Run

In my opinion, best long run I've ever had. I was pretty damn consistent the whole way through and didn't feel bad at all. Thoughts of breaking 5:00 were in my head the whole way. I'm at the point where I want to get better and better each and every day. I know that I can push myself to some really really good times
