Weather: windy and cloudy but it got sunny later!
Comments:
did the 1500/steeple workout this morning at 9 which was really early. ran to the softball game right after so I didn't have time to ab or stretch or cool down. The workout was so hard. I managed to stay under 6 min/mile pace the whole time but it was still very far off my race pace and I couldn't go any faster. 3,4,5,6,6,5,4,3,6,5, with 200 rest
