Comments:
woke up this morning feeling sicker than the day before, kinda congested, but i took some cold medicine last night to help with sleep. it was cold at the meet when we got there, and i felt kinda tense just sitting around. once we got to warming up i felt pretty good. went through hurdle stuff and drills and got on the line. it was actually very comfortable weather by the time we started. there was a guy with me for the first lap and a half, but he had shitty hurdle form and dropped off pretty quickly. i wanted to push more, but it just wasn't happening. felt during the race and kinda sluggish.
felt more sick as the day went on. hoping that's the reason i didn't run well.
