Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
After a slow start to the month of April we seem to have acquired some gusto! The runs are not real fast and I have been running with my roommate which slows me down but also helps break up the monotony of running by myself!
I have spent the past year and half building base for the marathon. Now it is time to build base on top of base. The runs need to be more consistent than last year. Running at least 5 days a week. two-a-days need to be added to the training regimen and a more serious focus on core work as well as stretching. Also we must drastically reduce cut out cigarettes.
With that being said. We are well ahead of last year. Consistently running 10k or more. Running for around an hour comfortably. And running more days per week!
