Exercise Type: Run

High Street Tempo this morning, one mile longer than last week. Not overly fast, but paced based on how a tempo should feel. I will get back to normal tempo pace soon enough. Cardio gave out a couple miles before the legs fatigued today. Still, kept a pretty even pace the entire way so a decent job of battling my body wanting to slow down.
