Comments:
ran a workout on the track with some hurdles. it was pretty ok. i don't know if i'm getting a lot out of the short intervals with hurdles. i feel like i would benefit more from long intervals, because the workout is not very hard. i asked coach for longer intervals next week. we shall see...

over hurdles:
2x600 w/ 600 jog recovery

on flat:
3x300 w/ 300 jog

4x200 w/200 jog
(30,29,29,31)

eased up on the last two, since my hip flexors didn't want to go that fast.

back to veale. lifted. 8x30 abs, stretch, roll.
