Today's workout was awful. I felt so tired and couldn't get my airway clear enough to breathe.
3x600 goal pace was 78 for a 400, slowed it to 80. finished each 600 in 2:05, 2:05, 2:16. 2 min active recovery. I wasn't very positive, and then my workout buddies died :(
4x300 decided to try to hit 60, wasn't supposed to feel too hard but it did. 60, 59, 57
