Comments:
new balance flats. Ran marathon pace again. Last SDP befor bahstan. Feeling good. Knee tendonitis is a pain the ass but nothing that is going to slow me down in the race I dont think. Some calf issues in the muscles that massage helped but went unresolved. So it goes.
