Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Disappointing 12 today. Wanted a half marathon but my body felt pretty tired. Had some trouble breathing at the end and got a side cramp. Tried to do a progression and drop pace every 4-5 miles. I managed to get faster throughout but not at the paces I wanted. Still not defeated; just need to keep at it and I will slowly get back into good shape.
154, up to skate park, down to Antrim and around once.
