fatigued low back from monday, still went for heavy squats.  felt slow and shitty on the warmups but too stubborn to back off. so i went for 3-5 reps of 330lbs. should have finished after 2 reps cuz it was arleady pretty much RPE 10, but went for the third. heard a pop in my lower back but grinded thru the rep. reracked the weight and pain onset and localized on the right side. sigh of relief. but hurtslike  a bitch tho
