worked up to heavy squats. i had my ANIMAL shirt on and I was freakin pumped. i looked good in the shirt. wanted to be smart about this. worked up to 335lbs. hit 2 doubles. i kno i can hit 3 reps, but i didnt want to for fear of injury. so 2x2. then dropped to 315 and hit a triple. that felt like clockwork compared to 315.
