this run was the deciding factor to not race in 2 wks. Was going to do mile repeats, but really just not feeling it. Did one in 6:45 and just didn't care about doing any more. I seem to be unable to recover (I started on # 2 after a 400m jog and felt like crap). I dunno if i'm just out of shape or if I'm anemic (very probably given my numbers have consistently been dropping over the past 3 years). More importantly though, my head just wasn't in it. Maybe I'll try something later this summer, but now is not the time. I'll be out of town a LOT over the next few days for housing stuff and seeing dave etc. I also am trying to take advantage of these next couple of weeks to do things with people--new stern classmates who live in Philly, friends who I won't see very much when I move. I'd rather these things be a priority right now.
