omg. finished all assignments for undergrad
beginning to deload right now because I've hit so many PRs in the past few weeks. my CNS is gonna be fried pretty soon and my lower back has been torched for 2 weeks straight.
Hit 3x6 deficit deadlifts w/ 185. ripping that weight off the ground. then 3x6 rows w/ 185. that shit hurt my tendonitis pretty bad. maybe cuz i didnt warm up
