forgot that veale closes at like 8 for summer hours.  I was able to hit 215lbs on bench for 5 reps. felt easier than 210 in the past few weeks, wooo. RPE probably 8.5-9.  Then got warmed up on the squat, and did the first set of 5 w/ 290lbs. felt easy AF. then kristen conway comes in and kicks everyone out. goddammit.  
drove all the way to freakin Anytime Fitness on mayfield and sneaked in.  did 5 more sets of 290lbs on squat, felt great the first 2 and then felt fatigued afterwards.  hit up 3 sets of 8 w/ 80lbs flat dumbbell bench.
