Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
I attempted a run/walk tonight with the usual run/walk 1min. I was able to run them much faster. Then after a few of those I ran a double burst of 2:1. However my ankle started really hurting and I slowed it to 1:1 again. Got through about 20 min and then had to give up. Going to look into better running shoes this weekend :(
