Comments:
I am very proud of myself as I ran 30 min 2/1 splits the whole way. It was a lot harder but it felt good to push myself and it feels good to be getting stronger! I didn't get in any 3 min runs, but those will come soon I am sure. I also improved on my time which I am happy with.
