2:30 pm. At OLMS, 16 minute warm up, stretch, strides, drills, 5x1k with 2:00 min recovery. Jogged 400 after 1st one and 200 after the rest. 3:14, 3:15, 3:12, 3:11, 3:11. Was planning on six but felt weak and out of shape. 17 minute cooldown
