Exercise Type: Run

Leg felt pretty good so wanted to try it out today. Still feels a bit tight but good enough and I will keep working on it until it feels 100%. Pretty warm today but an overall decent run at normal pace.

Signed up for the Freedom's Run Marathon in Harpers Ferry, WV on October 4th. Sounds like a tough course but 2:44:59 is the goal as always. Will use the next month to build a base and then start putting in the workouts that make you fast.

Speed hurts. Sustained speed kills.
