Exercise Type: Run

Weather: humid, still cool but heating up fast

Comments:
After yesterday's run I was exhausted. I took like 5 naps. My walk to and from Trader Joe's was hellish as my legs just felt dead. I don't think I've ever walked that slow. Still exhausted after all my naps which probably affected my emotional state (i.e., sobbing after the Belmont--oops dehydrated).
Woke up this am feeling sore. Had my coffee and toast, foam rolled and got out the door before 8:30. Miracle of miracles, I felt great! Best I've felt in a while. Still had to make the water stops but I'm ok with that while I adjust to the heat. ODDyssey half going on so I was running alongside the slow people (they were on the road, I was on the trail). Passing huge groups of people really helped I think.
Really relieved to have a nice, comfortable, but not slow run.
