Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Walk/ Ran for 45 min. Sets of 2/1 and a double set of 3/1 in the middle. I am proud of myself for doing it, but my knee and ankle were hurting a lot the whole time and now are both painful to even walk.
So I'll be taking a break from running for a bit and just working on stretching and strengthening until I see a doctor. It's discouraging, but I still want to continue if I can, I just don't want to hurt myself
