Comments:
Ran to Elm bank and did a loop around the woods there. Ran into John and Jackson at the end of their run, they biked back with me to Weston Rd. from Elm. Right knee still a little sore, gonna watch it closely as the Marathon Sports 8k is next week and I don't want to miss it.
