These are never quite as fun as running, but helpful nonetheless. I handled the whole workout far better than last week and feel much better afterwards, like stretching actually helped, though it was of similar difficulty. I am writing from memory here, so I might miss some things.
15 pushups on the bar, each one followed by a press
2 sets of 10 muscle ups
15 dips, with him holding my feet
50 lunges with 25 pounds in each hand
15 squats with the machine with manageable weight
15 backwards side lunges on that same apparatus
10 dead lifts with app. 50 pounds
15 bench press, 50 pounds for the first 5, 30 for the rest
3 flights of stairs going up slowly, four at a time, then jumping up the stairs two at a time in a squat.
