very long run

Exercise Type: Run

Weather: hot, not great

with nick and ishan mostly and james and tommy at the beginning, did the needwood 5k course, then a lake loop, then the gas lines and golf course stuff, then some hiker-biker trail, kinda uncomfortable pace for most of the run and tired for basically the whole run, wasn't wearing my brace and foot started to hurt a bit right at the end, blehh
