Short But Enjoyable Run

I decided to run today since I cross trained the last 2, and I guess I must have really missed real running because this felt great! I really enjoyed the run, even though I figured (correctly) my hip would hurt afterward. Its similar to monday and sunday, but the run was definitely worth it. I decided to keep my run on the shorter side because of the hip, although I was reluctant to stop. Afterwards I did 1:10 planks on all sides, 10 leg lifts per side, and as much of the crunch rotation as I could remember, then stretched.
