Steady State

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Wasn't super motivated to run after work, but then got a second wind and decided to go for it. Warmed up a bit and then did a two mile steady state run. The goal was 7:10 pace but I went quite a bit faster than that, which was pretty encouraging after yesterday's run. Then I cooled down by doing a walk/run fartlek with my dad. Not sure if that counts for mileage but I'll say it does.
