Comments:
Easy morning workout as I needed to run to work. I ended the week with crappy mileage. Overall June has been a disappointing month. I just haven't been able to get it together. Between new shoes and the summer heat it has been hard.
Over the next few weeks the focus will be on consistency, I need to work on running on a daily basis. Definitely five-six days a week. Ever since coming back from PA the miles have falling off. So I will need to work on the point of getting back into running everyday. I'm about to be 33 and want to pursue running for longevity. Lets have a smart and successful summer to lay the prefect foundation for a top 5 local finish at the Gaspriallla half marathon!
